Bereavement Support Group

The Bereavement Support Group at LGUMC plans and prepares meals for families after the funeral of a loved one. The Bereavement Support Group consists of 4 teams of 18-20 members, who take turns providing the meal. Meals are served at the church immediately following the funeral. The teams decide on the menu, purchase or prepare the food, and serve the meal.
