Project Dancing Needles

Project Dancing Needles is a group of women who sew, knit, crochet and quilt various hand-made items to be donated wherever the need is found. Our group meets on Saturday mornings (10:00-12:00 noon) several times during the year. New members are always welcome!

Presently, we are making blankets, quilts, hats and booties for preemies. Burial gowns are also needed for those preemies who do not survive. These items are donated to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Howard County General Hospital.

We also make small blankets for pets (cats) which are donated to the Howard County Animal Shelter. As our group continues to grow, we hope to start a Prayer Shawl Mission.

We accept and use donated materials.
