Adult Fellowship

The organization was started many years ago by the young married couples of the church, at that time called the Young Adults. As they reached the ages of 40 to 50 the name was changed to Adult Fellowship.

The purpose of this group has been to develop a well-rounded outlook on life, to interact with other members of our church of all ages, to encourage study of our Christian religion through guest speakers, fellowship forums and other means. We also call on the sick and bereaved and work with the outreach group for people in need etc. But, along with our studies and social services, we have much fellowship such as pot luck dinners, games night, and this year, a mystery bus trip that will include fun, food, and spiritual experience

In order to support the programs of this organization we sponsor a turkey supper and bazaar each Fall. Since the whole church participates in this, 1/2 of the proceeds goes to support the church and the rest to Adult Fellowship. We set aside a large portion for repairs and improvement of the church parking areas and for the purchase of a new dishwasher for the church. The remaining amount is used for our programs and mission projects.
